We have just had a visit from Professor Reverend Ian Bradley from the University’s Divinity Department, stating his support for us and sharing news about discussions of our cause by the Chaplaincy. We thank Professor Bradley for a friendly visit; it was a welcome expression of support for our campaign.
We have also had a visit from the Arabic Department who highlighted the importance of individuals boycotting companies that supply the UK with Israeli products. This visit was from 5 Lecturers/Tutors including Ahmed Elimam and Ahmed Fawaz. Caroline Clark (a 1st Year Student from Alabama) arranged the visit, and we were all pleased to hear the ‘good news’ that they bought.
More stories in various local newspapers were printed today and we have just sent another press-release.
